A family explores the vintage fire engines on display inside the Museum of Fire

From fire safety displays to fire engines and kid's interactive areas the Museum of Fire has something for all ages! Open 9:30am - 4:30pm daily, plan your visit and discover the fiery exhibitions and displays.

No unauthorised drone use

Drones cannot be flown on the Museum of Fire grounds without prior approval. For more information about approval visit our Public Use of Drones document.

No smoking

The Museum is a non-smoking facility (this includes vaping). We kindly ask that you do not smoke on the property.

Getting here

Getting here by car

From the M4 Motorway, take the Mulgoa Road exit towards Penrith. Continue to drive down Mulgoa Road. The Museum entrance is located 1 km north of the Panthers Entertainment Centre on the right-hand side of the road after the railway underpass bridge. The entrance can easily be identified by a 1940s Dennis fire engine that is raised 4 metres off the ground.
